How will my order be posted?

We post most of our items using Royal Mail (Franked). Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or customs that may apply in their country. We don’t have any control over any delays due to items being held by customs in other countries. You the customer are responsible for taxes and customs that are charged within your country.

How can I change or cancel my order?

We process all of the orders as soon as possible. So if for any reason you wish to cancel an order or to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible on 0191 2912216 or sales@zoesgiftsncrafts.com. We will always do our very best to make the changes you require but if the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns procedure.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We send items using standard shipping which is cheaper but generally takes longer and there is no tracking available. If you do wish to have your items Tracked and signed for please do contact us at sales@zoesgiftsncrafts.com, this generally is quicker and there is tracking available to you. Due to the disruption caused by COVID-19, some UK items are taking up to 3 weeks to arrive and for some international items, up to 7 weeks to arrive. We really do appreciate and thank you for your patience. 

What is the cost of postage?

The postage costs will depend on your location, the value of your order and the current Royal Mail UK rates. All your shipping options will be displayed at checkout, after you enter your shipping address details. For all international orders, we do highly recommend selecting the tracked shipping option but again this is your decision. 

Can I return my order?

Yes, we offer a 28-day money back guarantee unless the item is personalised. Please contact us at info@zoesgiftsncrafts.com and we will provide further details on how to return your unused, unopened and undamaged item to us and a refund will be processed within 10 days. If you do have any issues with a lost order this must be raised within 8 weeks since dispatch or we cannot process a replacement for you. Digital products, due to their instant nature of delivery, cannot be refunded. 

Can I sell the work once it is complete?

Patterns may not be resold in any form and they may not be offered for free in any forum, such as a blog, facebook pages etc. We are more than happy for finished and completed items to be sold (a lot of our customers make lovely cards from our kits and sell on) - please contact info@zoesgiftsncrafts.com if you do have any questions regarding this.

Can I buy a completed piece?

Yes, this is something we do offer, however the costs and dispatch times will vary dependant on the item involved. Please contact us on info@zoesgiftsncrafts.com for more information on this.
