Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for shopping with Zoe’s Stitchery Co. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Processing times

Many of our products are made or printed to order. Our usual processing times are:

  • Printed fabrics: 1–3 business days

  • Accessories: 1–2 business days

  • Made-to-order kits: 3–7 business days

  • Custom orders: 3–5 business days

  • Seasonal boxes and pre-orders: The expected dispatch date will be shown in the product listing.

Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order and is separate from the delivery time.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Delivery usually takes approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch.

International delivery

We ship to selected international destinations using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Delivery usually takes approximately 5–14 business days after dispatch. International orders can occasionally take longer due to customs checks, local postal services or circumstances outside our control.

We do not currently ship to countries within the European Union.

USA orders

Orders to the United States are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked DDP.

Applicable duties and import taxes are collected at checkout, so customers should not normally be asked to pay additional import charges when the parcel arrives.

Estimated delivery is approximately 5–14 business days after dispatch.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and order value.

Customs and import charges

For international destinations other than the USA, customs duties, import taxes or handling charges may be payable when the parcel arrives. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

We cannot predict or control these charges or customs delays.

Tracking and delivery estimates

All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by Royal Mail, international postal services, customs or severe weather are outside our control.
